Photos of the Family Dollar Distribution Center.
1.) The first photo views the 907,000 sq foot building from
south to north. In the background is the City of Maquoketa
about a 1.25 miles away.
2.) This photo views the building from southwest to
northeast.
3.) This photo shows the building from east
to west.
4.) This photo shows the building from north
to south. The new street called "Family Dollar
Parkway" goes from east to west. On the right side is
Old Hwy 61 (200th Ave.) On the left side is New Hwy
61. The City's economic development group,
"MIDAS," has an option on the 195 acre farm to the south
of the Family Dollar Distribution Center.
5.) The angle shows the building from west
to east. In the foreground is a large storm water retention
area. New Hwy 61 is in the background.
