Basic Information

  • Pick Up Begins At 6:00 A.M. On Thursday (East) And Friday (West) Mornings Best Practice Would Be to Set Both Bins Out the Night Before to Ensure Timely Pick Up on Collection Day
  • The containers are the property of the hauler and stay at the house or apartment when the occupant moves.
  • Recycling is single stream and will not require sorting. Do Not Bag Any Recycling. Shredded Paper should be kept loose.
  • Missed Collection – leave a message at (563) 777-0783
  • Containers should be placed 2 feet from the curb and 3 feet from each other.
