Parks Board
The City of Maquoketa Parks Board is wholly committed to the betterment of the City's park properties, encouraging high-quality maintenance of the parks, and planning for the capital improvements of the Parks. Their duties help boost the City's interest in creating a common place for residents and visitors to enjoy. The Parks Board takes great pride in the community and is passionate about their work to advocate for the City's park system.
The City routinely rents out park shelters. You may begin a reservation by calling City Hall 563-652-2484 or by visiting the reservation form here, completed, and turned into City Hall.

- 1st Ward Park
- 5th Ward Park
- City Ball Park
- Crawford Park
- Horseshoe Pond, Dog Park, & Campground
- Little Bear Park
- Burlingame Fields
- 5 member board
- 3 year terms
- Council appointment
